The Productivity Programme

Claim your spot in The Productivity Programme

Gain access to an exclusive advisory board for six months, comprised of seasoned leaders and managers from diverse backgrounds such as finance, marketing, operations, and HR. Benefit from their invaluable real-world expertise as they serve as your impartial sounding board and trusted advisors.

Additionally, receive two personalised one-to-one mentoring sessions with one of your board members in the fourth and sixth months, allowing focused attention on specific areas of development. You will also gain access to online peer sessions given by experts covering various business topics, connecting you with other business leaders navigating similar challenges.

This programme usually comes at a cost of £1,795 but this opportunity for you will be fully funded by BAE Systems, and includes exclusive access to peer sessions sponsored by BAE. Fully funded places are available on a first come-first served basis. All the places for this year have been filled.
